550kW Biogas Generator Set

600GF-T gas generator set adopts Siemens technology alternator, control panel of SIVAC based on GB2820-1997.JB/T 9583.1-1999 and IEC439, executing ISO9001 Quality system.
This generator adopts international advanced control system and technology.The dynamic property, economical efficiency and reliability are occupying advanced level.
Specification of main system
Engine type:
Four stroke, water cooled, turbocharger and inter-cooler, A/F controller, Spark Ignition, electronic control, outer mixing, Combine /Mix before Turbocharger, etc.
Air-gas mix system:
This system makes air-gas mixed as per required ratio via mixer and enter into cylinder. The pump-film vacuum type mixer could keep air-gas ratio stable during generator set operating under changed operation condition.
Cooling system:
Equipping integrated fan water tank. Fan water tank is installed on the common chassis.
Lubrication oil system:
The lubricating method is pressure and splash lubrication. This system includes main oil pump, pre-oil feed pump, oil filter, centrifuge filter, control, regulating valve and oil pipe. Pre-oil feed pump is provided to ensure drive part lubricating before start.
Air intake and exhaust system
Air intake and exhaust system includes: desert air filter, pipes. To improve intake air density and output power.
Starting system
600kW 600V gas generators equipped with compressed air starting system.
Ignition system
Ignition system includes digital ignition, high pressure wire and spark plug, and all of them belong to famous world make products.
Engine protection system
Including over-speed protection,low oil pressure protection,crankcase anti-explosion protection, air intake pipe anti-explosion protection, etc.
Brushless AC synchronization alternator
Adopting Siemens series alternator, includes stator, rotor, support, AVR auto voltage regulator and droop adjustment device, etc.
